• NOW LIVE! Into the Woods--new character species, eerie monsters, and haunting villains to populate the woodlands of your D&D games.

Coming Soon!

Hello Kzach. Hopefully I can clear the air with you. I am currently a freelance designer who has published print products with Wizards of the Coast (Monster Vault 2, Dungeoneer's Survival Handbook, Lair Assault: Attack of the Tyrantclaw, many DDI articles), Open Design (Soldiers of Fortune), and have a future print product with Paizo (Ultimate Equipment Guide).

I hope this helps! :cool:

When is that last title coming out?

Serious idea for column topic: How to prepare for running a game.

There is tons of stuff on mechanics, encounter building, etc... but not so much in the 'how to make this story spark' and the grunt work of what is a priority to invest your time in prior to the session. You could split off into world building, city building, plot building, etc.. keep it edition neutral and avoid avoid avoid any reference to 5e!

Subtitles could include
- how to plagarize and get away with it {running a story lifted right from the pages of a book , tv show, or movie}
- how to involve the players in city politics
- 2 hours to prep.. what to do first
- coherent world - races and nations

etc..

*gulp* I hope you guys like the series! Tough crowd, but I aim to please.

For some reason, when you wrote that, I felt like I was reading an old Harvey Comic like Richie Rich or Casper the Friendly Ghost. :)

As for the content, I expect you'll rock it like usual. I'm always looking for new podcast & videocast content about Tabletop gaming.
