Command Undead....overpowered?

... sounds more like a careless/stupid act than an evil one to me. Its not like the wizard woke up and said "hey lets send this death knight to slaughter some helpless villagers, that'd be fun!".

Pretty harsh, imo ;p

Wizard, undead minion, plans for deadly revenge (by means of evil) against someone who does not present a current threat... isn't that pretty much classic evil wizardry? The player even cackled.

The player even cackled.

I believe just that alone makes actions evil in a fantasy milieu, and the player should've realized this. His comeuppance appears warranted.
