Comments wanted: The Priest an NPC divine class

I'd be very interested to hear what people think about this. The short story at the begining is a way to explain why I though about this class around a yet ago.

This shouldn't be taken to mean that I don't like the cleric. I just felt that most of the game worlds I've seen would make more sense with the inclusion of an NPC class divine caster.

Looks fine to me, although you mention turning undead under the multiclass cleric/priest, and I didn't see it under the priest description (may by my oversight, though). If they do have the ability, put it on the table with BAB and saves.

This class is, however, significantly more powerful than the other NPC spellcaster, the Adept, as this class has a much wider spell selection and a superior spell advancement rate.
