Pfft! Everyone knows that Arcane Magic is overpowered! And besides, the Cleric is the MOST BALANCED CLASS in the entire game! ;)
I'm guessing you're using a comparison table which rates classes against the 1e Cavalier... and the Complete Book of Elves. :D

I just want something better than an Alienist. :p

In any case, clerics are balanced, at least against each other.

As for the fourth book my guess would be Complete Wilds. That's just a guess.

I have a feeling that won't be the case, as those functions would seem to be pretty well covered by the Environment series.

Instead, it is likely that it will deal primarily with the skill users. Complete Skilled? Complete Expert? Complete Artisan?

There are, after all, plenty of topics to cover in such a manner. All classes make use of skills, although the Rogue and Bard do more with them than most people.

Cheers!

Complete Ingenuity? Complete Talented? Complete Deftness? Complete Expertise?

There's nothing that quite has the snap of Complete Warrior, Complete Arcane or Complete Divine, is there?

Cheers!
