Given that people have said the WotC and RPGA have hinted at 4 books and that there are several nature things in CD, I think that we can pretty much bank on 4 books. My vote is that the 4th will be Complete Expert, and run the gamut of everything which does not relate directly to combat, magic, or gods, but is something that characters can do. Of course, they could call it Complete Jack-of-all-Trades, or Complete Jack for short.

This is purely speculation, but I really don't see a lot of material useful to all characters appearing in the environment books. I don't think that much Druid/Ranger stuff will wind up there. I agree that most Ranger stuff will be split between Complete Warrior and Complete (Expert,) and that most Druid stuff will be split between Complete Divine and Complete (Expert.)

Personally, I hope that they release an update of the Shifter class in some form or another. It was really one of my personal favorites. I can definitely see how it didn't quite fit in with CD, so all that I can do is hope that it fits in somewhere else.

A Sourcebook on Knowledge & Having the Proper Tools for all classes​

Now this is a title I like. I'd like to see some good uses for more skills.

If they were putting it to us for a vote, I'd have to go with either "Complete Scoundrel" or "Complete Trickster" -- probably "Scoundrel", just because I think that better conveys the image of a sneaky type (though not exclusively a rogue).

Complete Stealth, Complete Covert, Complete Adventurer (unlikely but hey...)...Complete Rogue? Too easy, I suppose, except that it balances nicely against Complete Warrior (in the same way Complete Arcane does against Complete Divine). It would be the only book of the four to use a class name. Either way I hope it does a few good things for the bard (compared to what was found in Song & Silence ).

I agree it would sound nice but I think WotC wants to avoid any title that insinuates only one class can use the book.

If we were using the old 2e Core class/sub class system, where rogue was actually a generic class that included thieves and bards, it might make more sense.

Except maybe Scoundrel but I can't see WotC giving such a cool name when the other three are so generic sounding and completely uncool.

Arcane might sound cool but only if you didn't know what it meant as a game term.

But other than that they follow a distinct pattern of boringly straightforward naming conventions that I do not feel the fourth book will abandon. I feel a Skilled book would have limited appeal at best and really only applies to few classes, while any and every class can have cause to sneak and be stealthy. And none of the other books have really touched on it.

I feel that it will be called Complete Expert, for reasons already mentioned. I suspect that it will cover:

More equipment
More +2/+2 feats
A list of actual choices for the various craft, profession, and perform skills
That list of musical instruments from Song and Silence
Those bard spells from Song and Silence
Expanded rules on crafting items and maybe weapon repair
More alchemical goodies
Traps and poisons
Expanded information on the various knowledge skills (right now, you can’t know anything about a collossal scorpion unless you make a knowledge (nature) roll at around DC 40 ie10 plus hit dice)
Better information on what you can do with diplomacy, bluff and intimidate

Core classess: just guessess but marshall from mini’s handbook, a PC worthy aristocrat and something like the courtesan from Rokugan. They might put in the healer from the mini’s handbook too, it seems divine but it is very specialized.

Other possible names could be:

Complete Specialist
Complete Skill Monkey
Complete Back Stabber
