I agree about the flaming or flaming burst, but a nonmagical masterwork weapon does have a +1 enhancement bonus.

But not for the purposes of adding additional magical properties onto a weapon.

They should errata the Martial Weapon Proficency feat for the PrC Radiant Servant of Pelor. It does not fit the class at all.

But Americans realized long ago that in the English language, spelling is pretty exclusive of pronunciation and therefore words can be shortened for print without adverse effects. It's efficiency. Brits don't know how to min/max.
