Does anyone know if they actually used the term "illithid"?

If so, that is a big no-no...

I was just corresponding with someone, and as I suspected, they didn't (use the term illithid). After Monte & Bruce Cordell messed that up in If Thoughts Could Kill, it's pretty much a no-brainer.

Just the one reviewer did.
