I don't if anyone will actually like how I end up formating this list, but if they do, that's cool.

Does anybody know if there exists a table containing all the spells which require material components...

The first part I can help with. On my website I've got "class spell lists" with component abbreviations listed. Just pull up the master spreadsheet and look down for the "M"'s (or sort rows appropriately). If you like, it's here: www.superdan.net/dnd3.html

The actual-list-of-each-component-with-price I'm not going to touch with a monkey-gripped polearm.
