I wasn't originally going to post on this thread since I've already pre-ordered Conan D20. The more I thought about it, the more I liked the idea of getting the compilations of REH's work.

Just seems like a Conan surge all of the sudden and I felt inspired so I figure, well, the whole Amazon Share the Love Thing is popular and offers savings to everyone in one form of the other. Might as well offer it.

From what I understand (and this by no means 100% confirmed) whoever owns the rights to Conan felt that the success of LotR meant it's a good time to bring REH's stuff back into print. With the original stories (previously available only in the UK), the comic re-prints, the new Kurt Busiek-penned series, and the RPG, it's a good time to be a Conan fan.

Next week I'm going to order the two graphic novels of old Conan work recently rereleased and recolored by Dark Horse and the rerelease of the Robert E. Howard Conan material as well as the Mongoose Conan book. I figure hell, I'm already there right? Might as well punish myself.

I just ordered the D20 Conan book from Amazon (sorry guys, the thought of sharing the love with community people never occurred to me ).

I will say that I was offered to sign up for an Amazon Visa card, which I did. Along with it came an immediate credit of $30. Since the Conan D20 book was only $31.47, I ended up getting it for $1.47. I fully plan on using the card once or twice and then cancelling it. Still, if they're offering free money, who am I to say no?

Arnold planned on doing CONAN THE KING, but that changed when he decided to decide CA's fate.

I helped playtest the game and can say that a compiled edition of Conan information suitable for d20 gaming will be GRRRRREAT! I'm really looking forward to my copy of the game.

Well worth it!
