Iron Chef, thanks for all the info and links you're posting here and in Mongoose forum!

You're welcome! I've added a bunch more stuff on the Mongoose boards, including the Femme Fatale class (a staple of Conan in particular and pulp fiction in general).

I just read the Femme Fatale! It's great, and I like the equipment that goes with it, too. For those who don't want to go looking, you can find it here: http://www.mongoosepublishing.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=1195

Oh, cool! My first feedback! It's good to know you liked it, as I wanted to get some feedback before playtesting it in tomorrow's game. Any specific praise or nitpicks of this class would be appreciated. Before anybody says anything about a five level core class, LOL, well, you try making a 20 level class out of that narrow a concept. :p Given that Conan encourages multiclassing, and most femme fatales (by their evil scheming natures) come to bad ends sooner rather than later, I've left it at five levels, despite tradition. I expect any good femme fatale to take levels in noble, scholar (sorceress) or thief.

BTW: Green Ronin's Testament (for which I relied most heavily on the Qedeshot core class to create my less magical Femme Fatale) has some good Ancient World material in it suitable for Conan (mostly for Stygia [Egypt] and Shem, as that land is heavily Assyrian, Babylonian, & Semitic influenced). Testament is a luxury for Conan DMs rather than a necessity, but just wanted to point it out if you already have it, why not get double the mileage? ;)

Just added a bunch of appropriate feats for the Femme Fatale class to choose from, a couple are brand new ones by me; the rest are OGL from various third party publishers. Also, more equipment, including clothing, jewelry, make-up and perfume, all originals by me.

INSTANT CONAN CAMPAIGN STARTER
All my campaign notes and options are now online at your fingertips! Why do the work when you can let me do it for you? If you were previously stuck on a way to get started, the path is clear. Rousing adventures in far-off lands await!

Ths is an ongoing thread to which I will be adding more notes and idea as my campaign progresses. Right now, there is enough to last you at least two LONG sessions.

Journey deep into the exotic Eastern Desert and serve in the mercenary horde of His Excellency, Jehungir Khan, Satrap of Zamboula! Zamboula needs you to protect its wealthy trade routes from the worst scourge the city-state has ever seen... Are you up to the challenge?

The Conan RPG is interesting. What I really need is a handy conversion sheet that lists all of the differences between Conan RPG and DnD 3.5. There are a lot of differences, and some of them may surprise you.

For example, swords do different damage in Conan than D&D. Barbarians have different hit dice in Conan. Characters stop getting hit dice past level 10. etc.

Posted more to my "instant" CONAN Campaign. This installment takes the PCs from their battle in the Eastern Desert to Arenjun, famed City of Thieves in Zamora, in the company of two Stygian sorcerers who may prove to be deadly enemies... This incorporates a golden opportunity to run REH's "Tower of the Elephant" adventure (link to that adventure + maps in my thread).

Now in progress! Complete details on what happens if the PCs return to Zamboula after their deadly battle in the Eastern Desert. I will be covering the noble houses, the priesthood of Hannuman, and the Turanian faction, and how to embroil the PCs in the three factions treachery and intrigues.
