I even feel like it will be the same when I drive my hover car to the store to get 5E. I can't wait to download 5E to my 50 gig smart paper iBook!

It was as fun a ride this time as when 3rd edition was released. Nothing gets people really talking about everything that makes DnD "DnD" to them than a new edition. The fact that it was all relatively painless is something that the mods here should be proud of.

Yeah but a lot of people now have at least the preview module and as far as I'm concerned that essentially means the milestone has been passed. :)

Bah, if you hand out mile-stones that easily, your players will be overpowered with all their APs ;)

I figured we'd be living on the moon and flying with jet packs by now...

Store? Pfff... I thought 5E would come to my holodesk by just downloading it!

Cheers, LT.

KotS is sitting at home, my 3.5 game is 99.5% done, I think I have finally decided which homebrew I will use...

It still feels a little strange...from those early, heady days when every little scrap of info was savoured and the speculation really got silly...

...and of course I actually have to get ready to start a new campaign.

But ya, its been fun.
