Constantine opens tomorrow

Am I understanding this correctly? Constantine, in the movie, is not some former wannabe musician who gets mixed up with demons by dabblling in the occult and accidently summoning a demon that kills his fellow bandmates/dabblers.

Nope, that's not in the film at all.

I watches Constantine yesterday, and I have to say that I was impressed.

I have never read any of the comics, but I may have to look into getting some. Even if the movie isn't a direct translation, the concept is pretty cool.

Kinda surprised to see one of my favorite musicians, Gavin Rossdale from Bush, in it. He did a goos job as the evil halfbreed Bathazar(sp?).

All in all I would definatley, and have, recommend it to friends.
