Yeah, I'm a little worried about that. I was hoping they would put the Dark Sun stuff in CB soon...
I'm guessing they have a lot of big changes to the tools as a result of Essentials, and they're scrambling to have it all ready to go by the end of September. It would make sense that they've been trying to get a splashy new tool done by then, too.
Software development being what it is (and WoTC's track record being what it is), I'm also guessing those changes are behind schedule, so everything else is being pushed off, too.
(Software dev rule of thumb: you have a 10% chance of your estimates being right. If you double the estimate, your chance of being done on time increases to 50%. If you want a 90% chance of being done on time, quadruple your estimate. No lie.)
