Yep, I love their work. Here are a couple of great topics on how they write from the author's blog. Sadly, she stopped posting when some creeps started threatening her. :(

I do not agree that Wizards should take this way of rendering any of their books. Sorry. I agree that it's visually effective, but there seems to be a lot of wasted space. The PHB would either need to have a unreadable tiny font, too many pages or need to be seperated into many books.
