Contested Ground - A|State PDF

Is there a PDF available anywhere for A|State RPG? I've been dying to grab it, but at $30 for a hardcover sight unseen, I'm a bit skeptical.

Does anyone know if there is a place for this? Is anyone from Contested Ground alive to answer this?

Nope, they have some supplements in PDF form but no main book that I can see. It's on my trade list

Nope, I never reviewed it. My brief opinion is that the world is very creative and very well done but I'm not a big fan of the percentage system they have set up.

I wonder if these guys are even still going? I've twice attempted to register to their forums, only to say that membership must be approved by a mod, and never does. Their magazine for A|State and Cold City looked GREAT, but only put out 1 issue.

I'm bummed. Hey: If you guys are still alive, pipe up! Put out a PDF of this thing, please!

Perhaps they are neglecting the administration of the forum... might be possible, since they are a small company.

A|State is a great game. The author didn't really feel like focusing on the rules so much as the setting and the many, many cool story ideas contained within it, so in my past conversations with him he's said that folks should just run it with whatever system they like.

I'm only interested in it for the Setting, which is why it seems so cool. Again, why I'd like this in PDF because I don't feel like shelling out for a hardcover of something I may not like, not to mention my collection is 90% digital already and I'd like to continue to keep my gaming portable.
