Continual Light

I added it back as a standard spell. It works like Daylight but is a level higher and requires a 50gp gem.

Rather than making it a spell, I'd prefer to have people use Craft Wondrous Item to make a continuous-use Daylight item.

Non-dispellable, but takes XP, cash, and time to make.
