Hey fans of 4E! I seriously suggest you look into this:

Goodman Games

I would if I were a 4E fan. Heck, I may buy it since I like the idea of ritual magic, just not how 4E implements it. So push Joe to add in alternate ways of implementing Ritual Magic, even into games that aren't 4e. Something that works for 3E would likely work for me and C&C.

Cool! I am going to send in some for sure. I love rituals and I think you are right - they are (or should be) easy to port into other editions!

If rituals can be expanded to include those with a casting time of a normal action and not cost more to cast than it does to feed a mid-sized kingdom for a year then there might be some interest out there. If the current guidelines for rituals remain in force forget it.

Hi all,

Just FYI, if you'd like to get into writing RPGs professionally, this is a great way to start. If Harley and I choose your submission to go into the book, you'll get a published credit in a print RPG book and come to the attention of a company that is on the lookout for 4E writers.

So get those submissions in! If you have any questions, feel free to post them here or on the Goodman Games messageboards.
