I'll go along one day probably on the weekend just to look at the retailers and see what they have to offer. Usually pick up some good deals.

Just don't have the time to play in a game or MtG tournament.

There will now be a D&D Demonstration game of CMG's The Whispering Woodwind running at the BG Weekend.

Thanks CMG - and congratulations on the quality of the module. I've read over it, and it looks great.

Capellan,
Will this info be updated on the BIG weekend site?
Just wondering otherwise I'll ask now what day and what time, coz I might make sure that is the time and day I go in to the con.

I like what I have seen so far of CMG's free material and would like to see this module.

Very cool, indeed! Huge thanks to Adam and Ian for making this happen! maran, I hope you get the chance to play in the demo and have a great time doing so! :)

I expect details will go on the site as soon as the specific timing of the demo has been worked out by the con-orgs (they will try to fit in 3-4 sessions, if they can).

I'll post something here once I know the site has been updated with details.

Update on the demo of The Whispering Woodwind: the schedule should be worked out within the next week. The first entry deadline elapses today, so once the rush of entries from that is cleared, the con-orgs should have an idea of when the necessary DMs will be available.

I'll post full details as soon as they are available.

Hey All,

Just thought I might drop by to let you know the numbers for The BIG Weekend are looking great with tomorrow (and usually the next 2 days after that) to go for our first cut-off as Capellan indicated earlier.

Its not a huge convention by US standards, but it will be a bigger BIG Weekend than last year.

Just wish I knew a place where I could contact all the Brisbane MAGIC players. After all, we did secure a GP Trial...

SUGGESTIONS?
