I haven't yet looked at it, but am downloading it for printing and I'll run my Dwarven Sniper through the mill and see what comes out the other side.

Unless you've got a good chunk of Karma built up, you may be better off making a new character from a cursory reading. Especially for a sniper, since there's some damn good Availability 12 sniper rifles now, plus APDS is avail 12 as well.
