Converting Damage Reduction Question

I'm converting the Diamond Golem from Monsters of Faerun. He has DR 60/+3.

How would you convert this?

I would use the conversion similar to that of the Iron Golem's damage reduction from 3.0 to 3.5, it goes from 50/+3 to 15/adamantine, so maybe go 20/adamantine but that is a bit high I think, personally I would give it 15/adamantine.
