Sounds good to me. +4 racial bonus on Move Silently?

Works for me. Their uniformly dead black skin also suggests a racial bonus to hide in the blackness of space - say +8?

How shall we divide its 14 skill points, 4 in Hide and 5 in Move Silently and Spot?

If we throw in the suggested racial bonuses (+8 Hide, +4 MS, +4 Spot & Search from All-Around vision) that would work out:

Skills: Hide +6* (+14 in space), Move Silently +11, Search +7, Spot +11

Does that look alright?

EDIT: Oh yes, and I'll back Shade's proposals of Multiattack and Flyby Attack as good choices for the feats.

Good call. Let's expand the Hide bonus to include shadowy areas.

Updated.

"Undissmissible" does not appear to be a real word (nor does "indismissible"). Can anyone think of another name that works for that ability (or is it OK since it is based on a D&Dism)?

CR 5? Although lower HD than a phase spider, they have a wide array of abilities and are far more maneuverable.

Treasure: J,K,L, and M translate to just a handful of coins of each type carried by individuals, but B looks like standard treasure in lair.

Advancement: 5-12 HD (Medium)?

CR 5 seems about right. Somewhat fragile, but can do a ridiculous amount of damage with its lingering acid, assuming it stacks (we should specify that it stacks).

CR 5, advancement, standard treasure in lair (where is that, though?) are ok.

Dimensionally Willful for the ability?

According to my knowledge of English, it's perfectly acceptable to stick "un-" on practically any adjective, so "undismissible" is quite legal, as are a lot of alternatives words with the un- prefix tacked on.

However, I think a more apposite choice would be inalienable "cannot be transferred or removed".

EDIT: Oh, and Challenge Rating 5 seems appropriate.
