I'd like them to be able to target a caster through their spells (e.g. if they cast a spell which targets something within X feet of a Misi, the Misi can warp their magic).

Plus, I'd rather make it an immediate action. The original beastie could do it whenever someone casts a spell. If it's a standard action, that would be problematic under the initiative rules. I guess they could hold an action to interrupt a spellcaster, but I don't think that follows the original intention.

Well the original monster operates in space and space, as they say, is BIG. That suggests a pretty long range. 100 ft.? 500 ft.?

Well, it doesn't matter so much as they can affect a caster through the target(s) of any spells they cast.

So, shall we make it 50 ft.?
