My first reastion is to agree with ryryguy. I'd prefer not to bring in the dragonmarks too. It seems odd to take them away from Eberron and then are you going to bring over the paragon paths? How much Eberron ends up here? it's a big can of worms.
That said, I'll be curious to see how this all works out. If Ozymandias79 can pull off a good transition, this could be an interesting addition to the game.
