Treebore, I'm not trying to make you even more defensive, but I still don't understand why you designed your conversion the way you did. (And Harlock, your XP snipe doesn't make it clearer, either.)
I'm not trying to attack you as a person, I just don't understand why you used what looks to me like a complicated answer to a relatively non-complex problem. Did you simpler solutions fail first, and was the complexity added later?
