Convince me to buy NPC Essentials and/or St. John's Academy!

That looks like a great book and something I could use for my lower magic game.

I've only found one NPC that has levels of Adept. I believe the rest are all non-magical, but it does include Customization notes for adding Adept levels to a few archetypes for a high-magic game. I really like the fact that every single NPC is statted for Levels 1, 3, 5, 7. You can pick whichever one makes the most sense for your world. (Level 3 for mine.. it's great!)
