The marinade imparted enough flavor that several people didn't even bother with the BBQ sauce I made.</p><p></p><p>And tender? Well, my cousin Kerry was first to the table with a plate of beans and a large rib. He took a spoonful of beans and ate it. Then he cut a chunk off the rib with the spoon...</p><p></p><p>I don't have much in the way of leftovers!</p></blockquote><p></p>
