Final Fantasy Tactics & Vagrant Story. Can't give those two enough praise.

The Final Fantasy XI soundtrack also can lend itself pretty well to games.

Any game soundtrack from Falcom is usually rather good. The more orchestral Ys remixes fit fantasy a bit better, but some of the synth could work well in any game.

 

[Flynn]

The Rune soundtrack, which I picked up at Gen Con a few years back, is also a great soundtrack for gaming and inspiration.
