Cooperative ventures on the open call forum?

Would it be appropriate to post a cooperative venture call on the open calls and job openings forum? That is, I have a few ideas that I'd like one or two colaborators to help me with, but I'm not going to pretend I'm a real publisher "hiring" for the project. More like "would anyone like to colaborate on a PDF product on X, these resources/backgrounds helpful"

I think it's okay, as long as you use good judgment about what's appropriate. Open call for game design stuff (even non-professional) shouldn't be a problem; open call for raking your lawn is a little iffier.

You could try the plots and places forum if you are just looking for ideas, information and design help. Check out how much stuff was thrown together for the Mor's End project.
