The head of marketing is probably a Vice President and not a Director.

oddly, no. If your company is divided along product lines, then you'll have a VP of Widgets. In the Widgets division, you'll have a Director of the Marketing of Widgets. Now there may indeed be a VP there instead, but it depends on the depth of the corporate tree.

Small world... the guy referred to in the press release that Eric posted (Miro Copic) is no longer with Wizards - he's actually a consultant hired by companies that are seeking new ad agencies. That's so crazy - I literally just sent that guy an e-mail last night for my work and I never remembered that he worked with Wizards.

Back when I worked on the advertising with Wizards I worked with a woman in marketing named Kathryn Jones but I highly doubt she's still there.
