Corrected PHB2 Class First Letters

Barbarian and Druid roles are up for speculation at this point.

Defender and Controller respectively, given their former roles. Druid's always been a good Controller, even before 3e.

As far a the Monk goes (and anything really) they are going to need some pretty strong material to release through the DDI to make it even more valuable to us. I think that's where some of the classes will come in.

And I think W will be Wildmage. I read somewhere in an interview about someone being excited about an arcane class that reflected the "wild" spellcaster theme in the PHB II.

I think they have mentioned several times, or at least hinted strongly that the sorceror has mugged the wildmage and stolen his stuff.

Those are my guesses as well, but of course people will make arguments otherwise, yada, yada, yada. Shaman's the only Primal class whose role has been all but confirmed.

Although it would be a reprint (its slated to appear in the Forgotten Realms Player's Guide) I'm hoping to see it in the PHB2.

The Druid is a hybrid, and can fill two roles - though which two is unknown. The Sorcerer is Arcane.
