Cosmopolitan Feat?

Could someone give me the run down on the Cosmopolitan feat from the Forgotten Realms Campaign book please.

From memory: Select a non-exclusive skill. From now on, that skill is considered a class skill for you.

There's a region requirement on it, but that's about it I think.

Hey now. A skill feat which could actually be considered worth taking.

Yeah, you select one non-exclusive skill and it becomes a class skill for you, and you gain a +2 bonus to that skill. It was a regional feat for Waterdeep IIRC.

I use my own version of the Versatile feat (from Rokugan or Kalamar, I think). You pick two cross class skills to become class skills.

I guess I'm just passe about the +3 to one skill or +2/+2 skill focuses. With all the variety of feats out there to add to your character adding a miniscule bonus to a single skill (or two) seems boring, almost.

Forgot about the +2 to the skill...

There's another Cosmopolitan feat in another book, it goes like this:

This tasty drink combines vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice and lime juice.

Requirements:
2oz vodka
1/2oz triple sec
1/2oz cranberry juice
1/2oz lime juice

Description: Shake all four ingredients together in a shaker with ice. Strain and serve in a cocktail glass.

Benefit: Can get you drunk.

Special: Usually a girl drink.
