Cost for casting spells

I assume I am just being blind.

I can't find any rules (or guidelines) for how much it costs to have a spell cast. If the party needs a Restoration spell cast, how much will it cost?

The rule is all I need, but a page number/location would also be great.

Caster level * spell level *10 GP, + costs for expensive material components + 1/10 cost of expensive focus + XP cost * 5 GP. Plus incidentals, gratuity added for parties of six or more. (Well, maybe not, but it should be.) PH 3.5 pg. 129 & 132.

IIRC, its at the end of the Equipment section..or at least it used to be. Its generally Caster level x spell level x 10gp(or so the SRD says....i thought it was 100 gp, but im apparently wrong). Add in the cost of any material components(such as the ruby dust for continual flame). If the additional cost puts the total cost over 3000 gp, its generally not available.
