Cost of spell casting

Okay, I KNOW I have seen this before.

But I can't find it ANYWHERE!

Somewhere there is a chart in the DMG, Player's Guide, or something which lists common spells, and the cost to have them cast, examples such as how much a wizard charges to Identify an item, or how much a Temple will charge for a Raise Dead or a Remove Curse.

I spent an hour last night leafing through my books and I can't seem to re-find this table! Help!!

Yup. Page 64, Table 4-3: Commonly Cast Spell Prices.

Gah! You're probably right. With my luck, it WOULD be in the one book I didn't check.

look on page 114 in the players handbook. The rightmost part of the chart under "spells" and the text starting with "spell:".

The cost in question boils down to caster level * spell level * 10 gp, plus costs for material components, a fraction of the cost for foci (1/10th IIRC), and a 5 gp compensation for each XP the caster loses in the casting.
