Cost of these Items?

I am looking at Item Creation and I am pretty out of it today and my friend wanted to know what it would cost to make the following

- Single use Elixir / Oil that would add +100 to Escape artist for one minute
- Rod of fireballs (3/Day, 10d6) (10th level caster)

+100? Sheesh. I believe skills are bonus squared times 100gp, so that would be 1,000,000gp.

Item with 50 charges is 1/2 price (500k), and lower charges is proportionally less (10k)

However, I don't think I'd allow you to make a +100 escape artist elixir. Anything above +10 should probably count as an epic item.

Rod:

Spell level x caster level x 1800 / (5/#charges per day)

3 x 10 x 1800 x 3 / 5

90 / 5 x 1800

18 x 1800 = 32400gp.
