There's also a Feat called Opportunity Counterspell in FNCC's netbook of Feats (which is free, so no excuses from you blokes) that allows you to Counterspell as an AoO.

No reason to feel bad. I've got nealy 100 books here, and I keep finding out about things sitting right next to me all the time through posts made by other people. Really embarrassing when you find out that you've already got the answer right next to you or on your D: drive.
