Couple of questions about some third party items.

1. Several months ago I remember hearing about a book that was going to contain rules for alternate magic item creation. Is this book out yet? Will it still be coming out?

2. I had planned on running "Where Dark Elves Rule" by Bastion Press as a campaign ender. Modifing the story a bit so that the PC's play a part in liberating the planet from the drow. (Starting my next campaign on the same world a few thousand years in the future.) But was wondering if there was a file somewhere detailing the changes needed to correct the module. If there was this could help me out a lot since I wouldn't have to focus on the mechanics but instead on the story.

1. The book you are looking for is Artificer's Handbook by Mystic Eye Games. It was supposed to be out by now, but got delayed. I would look for it soon.

2. Since I wrote "Where Dark Elves Rule", drop me an email with your questions and I'll do my best to answer them. A lot of what you have planned goes along with the intent of the sequel (if I ever get it finished).

2. Well I was refering to the Chanllege Ratings but that's actually no problem for me to change since I'm altering the drow's class levels a bit any ways.
