Courts of the Shadow Fey for FR

Have any of you run Courts of the Shadow Fey? I have not read it but would like to do an extended adventure in the Fey. Is this something that could be easily transferred to the realms? It seems to get amazing reviews.

Bought the module on PDF. Fantastic read! This will be easy to adjust to Forgotten Realms.

I have it, read through. I am adapted parts to incorporate into my existing campaign.
There is a section on how to magically get to the Shadow Fey so you can get to from the FR or elsewhere.
I had posted a few days ago about a creating masquerade; I'm working up a way to do in in the courts.
