Cowering......

Maybe I overlooked it somewhere but my character has the Resounding Blow feat but for the likes of me I cannot find out the game effects of 'cowering'! :\

Someone please help.

From SRD:
Cowering: The character is frozen in fear and can take no actions. A cowering character takes a –2 penalty to Armor Class and loses her Dexterity bonus (if any).
