D&D 4E Creating a divine caster of Selune

I was just accepted into my first DnD 4e campaign, and it's focusing on the Forgotten Realms and the Shadowfell. I was wondering if anyone here could make some suggestions about how to make a divine caster of Selune, my favorite FR deity, that might be satisfying and fun?

My heart is set on a shadar-kai, deva, or especially longtooth shifter (why not razorclaw shifter? I just don't like cats). I'd also like to grab one of the Moon Domain feats, or something moon-ish that is specifically related to Selune. The party as a whole is still figuring out roles and such, but I was thinking either Leader or Striker, since those are the two roles I typically enjoy in most team-based games.

Ultimately, though, I'm willing to listen to any advice that folks here might have for me, since I don't know what I'm doing :)

There were Feats that allowed followers of particular gods get special benefits when using certain powers, but I don't recall where they were from. This might help, however:

Avengers are unique for 4e so that would be the way I would go, but cleric for leader is pretty classic with Selune being a solid good divine figure with the moon theme on top.

An avenger of Selune is a divine striker who would probably be a tool in Selune's war against Shar or possibly a problem lycanthrope specialist.

Alternatively go with a striker or leader caster (warlock, sorcerer, bard) with a multiclass divine class feat or ritual caster. That way you get the core caster features you want with a divine investiture.
