Pathfinder 1E Creating intelligent undead

I am looking to make intelligent undead or undead with class levels. As a GM I can't do this without trouble. However as a player I see no spell to be able to do that. Create undead greater does create some serious undead, but doesn't cover class level. Anyone have an ideas of what a spell like that would look like?

As long as you don't mind grabbing something from 3.5, the Libris Mortis provides the spell Awaken Undead. It doesn't give the undead levels itself, but does allow them to gain the levels when they acquire enough xp.
