Unlike their older siblings these new guardiansbecame reliant on one another and worked together to nurture their charges. They were soon forced to retreat in order to survive.The sisters petitioned Silvanus for aid. He created the humans as a moderating influence. With their much higher birthrate and short lifespanshumans were much more likely to wreak great changeupon the world than were the elder races. The elder races had little choice. He bore Hecateas a reflection of his unending thirst for power.
