Cool. Here ya go:
Spell-Like Abilities: At will - charm person (DC 12), confusion (DC 15), ghost sound (DC 11), mage hand, minor image (DC 13), pyrotechnics (DC 13), spider climb, unseen servant, water walk; 3/day - inflict critical wounds (DC 15), lesser globe of invulnerability, slay living (DC 16), teleport (DC 16), temporal stasis (self only; dismissable). Caster level 9th. The save DCs are Charisma-based.
I'm assuming you still don't want mind blast. If you do, the DC would be 13.

OK folks, time for another round of “revise that monster!” 
In case you don’t know what that is, or don’t remember (it has been a YEAR since the last time), here’s what you do.
go to the first page of this thread and pick out two monsters. When we hit 10 critters, we start re-converting. When all 10 are done, I add them to the Creature Catalog.
if a monster has an * in front of it, it's no good for this thread! if there is a number behind it indicating that it counts as more than one monster, you can only choose that group as your 2 monsters – if the group is bigger than 2, you’ll be taking someone else’s choices away.
