The terali are also in Creature Collection Revised, Gez, at the back of the book along with all the other Scarred Lands PC races that were out by the time the book saw print. So anyone with that has the terali on hand.

I'm also going to go out on a limb here and assume the Seraphic engine will see print in any upcoming books on Asherak, as I don't recall it having come up in any other previous Scarred Lands books.

I already said that in my "Ask the Sage thread" but yeah that's my guess too. For all we know it's an infernal engine run amok.
