a while back I recall a link to a creature conversions site but seem to have lost it somewhere along the way . . . can anyone help me out?

in this case the creature I am specifically looking for is the Slithering Tracker

ENWorld's own Creature Catalog. Slithering Traker is about 4/5s of the way down... though if you're looking for 3.5 stats, you'll have to tweak it a bit, as the version they've got is 3.0.
