Creatures hit by Magic in Anti-Magic

I apologize if this has been asked a hundred times, but how does 3.5 handle creatures hit only by magic in an anti-magic field? Can they be hit?

DR/Magic (and other DR types that require some sort of magic) is a supernatural quality and thus is negated by antimagic.

They can always be hit; the question in 3.5 is whether or not they can be damaged.
