D&D 5E Critical Hit+Vulnerability?

Here's a good one.
I had a Drow cleric of Elistraee score a critical Hit using a flail on a minotaur skeleton that's vulnerable to bludgeoning.

She was using the variant rule in Tasha replacing divine strike with the d8 radiant damage.

Using Green Flame Blade

Base damage 1d8+5
1d8 fire damage
1d8 radiant damage

So all the rolled damage dice are doubled along with double bludgeoning damage?

2d8+5X2 Bludgeoning
2d8 radiant
2d8 fire

Is this correct?

Magic d8s of doom resulted in a massive damage roll anyway.

You don't doube the +5, only the damage dice. So you're off by a hair, but only because of that +5.

What @the Jester said. Double all dice, but not the bonuses from the Ability score or Proficiency.

The +5 isn't being doubled due to the crit, it's being doubled due to the vulnerability.
