Oh, actually. Spark of Life. Libris Mortis, page 71. Lets you crit, sneak attack, and do other nasty stuff to undead.

Wanted to check with folks to see if they were able to find a feat that would enable the character to get critical hits on undead.

I think it's Back From the Dead and I don't remember where it is from. One of my games from last year a guy took it.

I thought it was in a fighting type handbook not a cleric/priest one.

Not a feat. But Skullclan Hunter prestige class from Miniatures Handbook can make sneak attacks on undeads.
