You realize that those moccasins have some other nifty uses too. By my reading of it I can use them unlimited times per day and it doesn't fatigue me at all. So traveling for 12 hours a day is simple and gives me a ~70 mile travel radius per day. Or, I can now cross that 49' wide river. Or chasm. Non directional either, simple for me to 'step' 50' verticle to the top of that cliff. With those moccassins you'll make it very difficult to trap the player. A fight in an alley, poof onto the rooftops and shoot down. A fight in the woods, poof I'm shooting from a different tree branch each time. I can understand what you're trying to do (I think), but players, well, they'll find a way to do what you didn't think of. Take a good look at what 50' buys you. Just my feeling that those mocassins are something that would make the owner extremely powerful and either cowardly or overconfidant.
