Crown Royal Dice Bags

I've retired a few CR bags over the years, all were given to me. I've used hospital style premie baby bottles for dice (they hold one set almost perfectly), i put the extras in breast pump bottles. And for those of you who use makeup bags, i currently have a Mary Kay Cosmetics sales bag as my travel D&D bag with those removeable pouches full of matching sets (a gift from the Lady Ulandria).

I never have bought a bottle of Crown but I've drank one that somebody else did. It was his birthday and somebody gave him a bottle or CR. He yanked off the bag and promptly asked if anybody wanted the booze. Out of the 8 of us, only me and one other guy were willing to drink it.

I have never bought it for the bag.. but have for the drink. My husband gave me my first CR Bag when I started gaming.

Ah, the Crown Royal dice bag, Crown Prince of dice bags...

The Auld Grump, Whiskey is taken from the Irish Gaelic word for 'water', or more properly Uisce Beatha - Water of life. Sadly I drink alchohol exactly twice a year...

Not available in Canada???

IT'S A CANADIAN WHISKEY

Isn't it Ironic ;). First of all it is cheaper across the border and for years in Canada (at least Ontario) you haven't even been able to get it with the bag... but this Christmas here in Ontario the classic bag is attached as the promotional "Extra". Woohoo! Of course, while living in Munich, Germany the past 4.5 years I built up quite a collection of them so all my old gaming group there uses them as dicebags ;).... mind you.. I had to drink all the whisky :D. Poor Me.

My dad gave me a CR bag, but I decided that it was big enough to hold all the misc. items I use for magic item props instead. I got a set of dice for my birthday and use the D&D bag that came with it.

Yup, I had one. I gave it up for one of those "Fanny packs" to carry my dice around in. That one wore out, and I got a new one that would probably withstand a nuclear blast. Not sure whatever happened to the CR bag.

The most original dice bag I ever saw was one owned by one of my players years ago. He took an athletic sock, dropped his dice in it, and tied a knot in the "open" end. Talk about using the resources you have available!
