Howdy!
Although I include a notice about both of the following with the PDFs I sell, customers are still expressing surprise when they receive free revision notices. Also, I'm not entirely sure that all of my past customers have received their notices, or are aware of the full extent of the privileges granted by purchase of a Cryptosnark PDF. So, if you're a past, present, or potential Cryptosnark PDF buyer, please read the following!
Item One: LIFETIME FREE ELECTRONIC REVISIONS
All purchasers of Cryptosnark PDFs are entitled to lifetime free revisions of that PDF. PDFs may be revised to keep up with d20 system changes (3.5, for example), to correct errata and typos, or just because no project sitting on my hard drive is ever really safe from a bit of noodling and adjustment. Revisions are also generally expanded and cosmetically improved as best possible.
Customers purchasing PDFs from the Cryptosnark website have their names and e-mail addresses entered into Snarkbase, my handy-dandy (and confidential) revision tracker, and will be notified via e-mail of available revisions. Customers purchasing PDFs via RPGNow will receive their update notices through RPGNow's e-mail notification service.
Item Two: LIFETIME GUARANTEE OF FREE REPLACEMENT
Although I have been informally replacing PDFs lost due to hard-drive failure and other computer mishaps, I wish current and potential Cryptosnark customers to understand that this service will now be formally guaranteed; if you accidentally destroy or lose a copy of a Cryptosnark PDF you purchased, I will replace it free of charge at any time. All I need is your name and the e-mail address you purchased the PDF with, whether at RPGNow or through my own site, so I can verify who you are. It's as easy as that. To replace a PDF at any time, just drop me a line at:

"Lifetime" in both instances may be construed to mean "for the full duration of Cryptosnark's existence." Which may be quite a while, as PDF micropublishers are darn near impossible to stomp out of existence.
